Jamie Jones is an Executive Leadership Coach, Author, Keynote Speaker, and Culture Strategist dedicated to helping individuals and organizations build healthier, more effective relationships at every level.

As the author of Unlocking Prosperity and creator of the Elevate Your Impact leadership course, Jamie brings a bold, human-centered approach to leadership development—blending emotional intelligence, communication strategy, and real-world experience.

Her work is deeply rooted in her own healing journey. What once showed up as raw influence evolved into intentional leadership—grounded in self-awareness, accountability, and purpose. Today, Jamie supports leaders in navigating conflict, strengthening trust, and creating workplace cultures where people can perform and feel supported.

She is also the founder of The Healing Hub, a wellness-centered platform designed to connect individuals with aligned practitioners and resources. This extension of her work reflects her belief that strong leadership starts within—and that personal healing and professional growth are not separate journeys, but deeply connected.
