Consultation Booking Agreement | Jamie Jones Consulting

By booking a consultation with Jamie Jones Consulting, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

 

Consultation Fee

A $50 consultation fee is required at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable.

 

Rescheduling Policy

The consultation may be rescheduled one time within a 30-day window from the original booking date. Rescheduling requests must be made in advance. Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation.

 

Service Alignment & Refunds

If the Client chooses to move forward and pays for a full service prior to the consultation, the consultation will be used to determine alignment between the Client’s needs and Jamie Jones Consulting’s services.

 

If it is determined that there is not a good fit or alignment, a full refund will be issued for the service amount paid, excluding the $50 consultation fee. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original form of payment.
