All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of instant access and downloadable content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

 

Refunds will only be considered in the event of a verified technical error that prevents you from accessing, downloading, or recovering your purchase. If this occurs, please contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Paperback Books:
All paperback book purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

*Consulting packages, consultations, and workshops are governed by a separate refund policy. Specific terms are clearly outlined and agreed upon with each client prior to services being rendered.
